£25 exchange Non Refundable/No Transfers Drum Circle Gathering: We have drummed at sacred sites, on top of hills, amongst trees and meadows, in spaces of honouring, we have drummed for you, for me, for she… we have drummed all of our emotions. Through drum and voice we release. Here at Tree of Life we invite complete beginners and all abilities to join us in this ultimate act of self care . We hold drum circles every month and there is an opportunity to book a private group session with me for you and your friends. There are many benefits to therapeutic drumming. The physical sensory nature of drumming provides a unique aesthetic experience. Recent research indicate that drumming accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system and assists in releasing emotional trauma. Drumming has a positive effect on anxiety, grief, fatigue, depression and behavioral issues. Drumming induces deep relaxation, lowers blood pressure, and reduces stress. Moreover, drumming promotes the production of endorphins, the body's own morphine-like painkillers, and can help control pain and those suffering grief. Drumming and rhythm are powerful tools as they permeate the entire brain. Please enquire if you want to join us . I will endeavour to get back to you as soon as I can. • All payments must be made at the point of booking. • I operate a zero refund or transfer policy on any event. • Goods in the shop need to be paid for and collected. • Gift vouchers have a one year redemption date. • The basic kit list for classes unless otherwise stated are : Yoga mat, cushion and blanket (camp chair if floor work is not manageable), water bottle, notebook and pen.
